Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy

September 2024. 

An Advance HE accredited course, "Academic and Professional Pathway for Postgraduate Researchers who Teach" explores the themes of teacher role and identity, inclusive learning and teaching, engagement with learners, assessment and feedback, peer dialogue and professional learning, and wider issues in HE learning and teaching. This course led to becoming an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Science Communication

Completed June 2024. 

Learning to communicate science and our research accurately and engagingly to a wide range of different audiences. The course culminated in the design and delivery of a science radio programme recorded at BBC Coventry & Warwickshire studios
